		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for your comment! The Big Green Egg and to a similar extent the Bubba Kegs offer about the most efficient charcoal burning BBQ in existence.  With these two BBQ/Smoker, one can expect to achieve a steady 250 degree smoke for over 16 hours with a well lit &amp; clean burning lump charcoal fire...longer on occasion. I&#039;ve never had to add charcoal during a cook, and only make small and infrequent air adjustments.  I can&#039;t speak to the ability of Gas grills - I don&#039;t have much experience on them.
